Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Forward Model, Inc. ("we", "us") collects when you use forwardmodel.ai and our API and console, and what we do with it. We are the controller of that information.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, organization and country, and how you sign in.
• Usage records: which API key made each call, when, which model version answered, and how many credits it used. We keep these to bill you, set limits and protect the service.
• What you send and receive: we process your inputs to produce outputs. We do not keep the content of your requests or our answers after we have answered, except for a short time when we need it to investigate abuse or a security problem. We do not use your inputs to train our models.
• Messages: what you write when you contact us.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, which sells our credits as our reseller and merchant of record. Stripe collects your payment details and billing address under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card number. Stripe tells us what you bought, so we can add the credits to your account.

This website

This website uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and loads nothing from other websites. Signing in to the console uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the service (cloud hosting, sign-in, payments and email), under contracts that limit their use of it to that work, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where it is kept

We are based in the United States, and the service runs on servers there. If you use it from elsewhere, your information is transferred to the United States, with the safeguards the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep account details and usage records while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting or other legal duties require.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for a purpose, by contacting us. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you live in California, you have the rights the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
